Overview

oin the Gardens Specialty Clinic team in Dubai as Support Staff. Provide exceptional customer service, assist in patient registration, and ensure the smooth operation of clinic activities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with registration and insurance forms.
  • Refer patients to the appropriate Clinician based on their problems.
  • Maintain patient records, consent forms, payment forms, and other documentation.
  • Ensure hygiene standards and organizational protocols are maintained.
  • Respect and maintain the privacy and dignity of patients, ensuring confidentiality.
  • Handle incoming calls, route them to the right department, and provide necessary information to customers.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments, including managing online requests.
  • Coordinate insurance-related matters and verify the status of the insurance card and package coverage.
  • Administer regular and electronic mail, maintaining records and reporting when required.
  • Maintain close interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience in handling customers/patients in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in managing patient records and appointments.
  • Ability to maintain hygiene standards and organizational protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills for handling incoming calls and customer queries.
  • Experience in managing insurance-related matters.
  • Proficiency in using desktop publishing programs for data management and document creation.
