Overview

We're hiring motivated and enthusiastic UAE Nationals for the role of Patient Engagement Executive. A role that requires interaction with clients daily, addressing their concerns, and questions with a friendly yet professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with our clients one-on-one on a daily basis, addressing concerns, and fielding questions.
  • Display a friendly yet professional demeanor with good conflict management skills.
  • Maintain outstanding phone and email etiquette.
  • Communicate effectively with a wide range of people and staff, proving to be a good team player.
  • Apply innovative thinking and a positive attitude to your work.
  • Remain calm and professional, even when dealing with challenging clients.

Qualifications

  • Must be a UAE National.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of working experience in customer service.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
  • Possess friendly and personable attributes with excellent customer service skills.
  • Outstanding phone and email etiquette.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Able to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
