Qualifications
Must be a UAE National.
Must have a minimum of 2 years of working experience in customer service.
Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
Possess friendly and personable attributes with excellent customer service skills.
Outstanding phone and email etiquette.
Good problem-solving skills.
Able to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
