• Identify patient care requirements by establishing rapport with patients and others who can provide insights into care needs.
• Create a compassionate environment, offering emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families.
• Promote patient’s independence through establishing care goals, educating on conditions and medications, and answering questions.
• Ensure quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards, measuring health outcomes against patient care goals, and complying with regulations.
• Resolve patient problems and needs using multidisciplinary team strategies.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Adhere to infection-control policies, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations to protect patients and employees.
• Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
• Maintain continuity among nursing teams through proper documentation and communication of actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs.
• Process ambulatory patients presenting to the clinic according to clinic timings.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• DHA License or Eligibility as a Registered Nurse (mandatory).
• BLS certification (mandatory); ACLS/PALS Certification preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic speaking skills are an added advantage.
• Excellent Computer Literacy skills.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a practicing RN in a clinical setting (accredited facility preferred).
• Knowledge of acute/chronic disease management including respiratory, cardiac conditions, and diabetes.
• Training in Chronic disease management, ECG, Spirometry, Health assessments, Primary Care Clinics, Wound Care, Childhood Immunization & Travel Vaccination.
