OBGYN Senior Staff Nurse

As a Senior Staff Nurse in our OBGYN Clinic, be a key player in a renowned hospital, working with a diverse and collaborative team, with ample opportunities for professional growth and development.

• Coordinate the work of the designated area to ensure efficient functioning.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team for patient care.
• Actively participate in staff meetings, committees, and projects.
• Prioritize workload based on patient needs and operational functions.
• Mentor and assist staff nurses and care assistants in patient care.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation in compliance with hospital policy.
• Establish effective communication with patients, families, and medical professionals.
• Promote incident and customer complaint reporting for service improvement.
• Stay updated with service-specific competencies and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Supervise and advise Patient Relations Representative (PRR) staff.
• Participate in and maintain clinic-specific audits and data collection.

• 4-year General Nursing Diploma/Degree.
• Current license to practice nursing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in OBGYN.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• Private hospital experience is desirable.
• Post-graduate diploma (if applicable).
• Minimum two (2) years of recent post-graduate nursing experience.
