Dental Nurse

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our team. As a Dental Nurse, you will play a crucial role in assisting dentists and providing high-quality care to patients. Your responsibilities will include assisting with dental procedures, ensuring the cleanliness and sterilization of instruments, and educating patients on oral hygiene practices. The ideal candidate should have a background in dental care, strong clinical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

• Perform a comprehensive physical assessment of each patient, with a particular focus on dental health.
• Assist the dentist in conducting skin exams, record and monitor patients' medical history, and remain aware of relevant test results.
• Aid the dentist in outpatient and surgical dental procedures.
• Prepare fillings and other necessary materials, and ensure proper sterilization of instruments.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care for patients undergoing treatment for various dental and gum diseases.
• Assist in procedures involving specialized medical equipment, including cosmetic dental procedures.
• Educate each patient on proper oral hygiene practices to maintain optimal dental health.

• Completion of a formal program of professional nursing education recognized by DOHMS Dubai.
• Current licensure as a professional registered nurse in the country of origin. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Prior experience in a dental setting is highly desirable.
• Possession of a valid DHA License or DHA eligibility letter.
